Yes. If a 3-Hour Rush or 1-Hour Critical shipment misses its guaranteed window due to a delay on our end, that delivery fee is refunded automatically — no claim needed.
Express & Same-Day covers packages up to 70 lbs and standard courier-vehicle dimensions. Larger or palletized shipments that need to move quickly should book through our Freight & Bulk team instead.
